Class Announcements Fitness LogStudents have developed a fitness plan for themselves. They are now to implement this plan through weekly fitness activities. They are required to do a minimum of 3 30 minute sessions per week, however more is always better. They are to use the fitness log that is attatched under class files, to record and keep track of their fitness activities.
